Active Sessions

Information

Active Sessions enables System Administrators to review and manage the current active login sessions for users in RMS.

System Administrators can review the currently active User sessions and, if necessary, end a session to immediately revoke user access or free up a User licence.

The number of available User Licences on the property's RMS subscription will determine the number of total Active Sessions that are available to be used by any User setup in RMS.

Concurrent Sessions where the same User is logged in multiple times can be managed by System Administrators in the Security setup.

Guide

In RMS, go to Setup > Users > Active Sessions.

  1. Review the Current User Sessions.
  2. (Optional) End a User Session, select the checkbox for a User(s) Session.

  3. Select the Kick icon used by an administrator to end a selected user’s active RMS session. 'Kick' icon to end a user's session.

  4. Confirm your action.

  5. The user's login session will end with a notification that their session has expired.

★ Tip: View the System Access Report for information on past user logins.
âš  Warning: Ending a user session will log out the user with a pop-up notification that their session has ended.
