Information on the User Limit message in RMS, and available options to prevent it.

Overview

User Licences specify how many active (logged in) Users can be signed into RMS simultaneously.

Users will receive a warning on login when the RMS User Limit has been reached.

System Administrators can log into RMS and end any Active Sessions that are no longer required, or increase the number of available User Licences to allow the User to continue to log in.

Users can reduce how often they receive this message at login by making sure to select 'Log out' when they finish working in RMS, rather than just closing the browser tab.
