Information on User Licences within RMS.
Overview
RMS Billing enables System Administrators to manage payment methods and user licences. User Licences represent the number of active users who can be logged in simultaneously. Properties with user-based subscriptions can update their licence count in RMS Billing.
Limited Users are read-only access users who can generate reports.
Warning Example
When the User licence limit is reached, a warning appears on login.
Managing Your Licences
System Administrators have the option to log into RMS and either end an unused Active Session or increase the number of available User Licences so the user can continue logging in.
To reduce how often this message appears at login, users are encouraged to always select 'Log out' when they have finished working in RMS, rather than just closing the browser tab.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to RMS Billing.
- Navigate to the Subscription Details tab.
- Select the

icon to change the number of User Licences.
- Select Save.

Select Place Order.

Select if changes are due to Change of Ownership.
- Read the RMS Terms & Conditions.

Select Approve.
- Select the checkbox to acknowledge agreement to the Terms & Conditions.

Select Authorise Sale.
