Overview
Maximum Concurrent User Sessions determines how many active login sessions a single User can have at any time in RMS.
User Licences determine the number of different Users that can be logged into RMS at the same time.
Active Sessions enable System Administrators to review and manage the currently active login sessions for all Users, including the ability to end a User session.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.
- Navigate to the Owner tab.
- Enter the Max Concurrent Sessions Per User.
- Select Save/Exit.
✎ Please note: Changes to the maximum number of concurrent user sessions will take effect for all new login sessions after the change is made.
System Administrators can manage the number of available User Licences in RMS Billing.
