Change the Start Up Image

Overview

When using a custom startup image, the RMS default image with information on important features will show on login as a pop-up once per day.

★ Tip: Optimal image dimensions are - 1920 x 1080 px
✎ Please Note: RMS is highly configurable. Some Terminology, User Access & Permissions, Images, Labels, and Functions used in these articles may differ from your setup. CLICK HERE to find out more.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

  1. Navigate to the Startup Picture tab.
  2. Select Add.
  3. Choose the image file and select Open.
  4. Select Save/Exit.

✎ Please Note: New startup images can take up to one hour to display once saved.

 

★ Tip: After saving changes to the setup, Users should log out of RMS and then
Log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
