Enable Phone Number Validation

Overview

By selecting the option Enable Phone Number Validation, the Phone field will display in red if the following conditions are not met.

  • At least 6 numeric digits are entered (excluding spaces).
  • No alphabetical or special characters are present (excluding the prefix of '+' for Country codes).

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information.

  1. Navigate to the Guest Options tab.
  2. Select the checkbox Enable Phone Number Validation.
  3. Select Save/Exit.

★ Hint: After saving changes to setup, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications.
