How to give a User Access to Multiple Properties

Give users access to multiple properties with different levels of access in RMS.

Information

A user can be granted access to multiple properties, each with a different level of access.

For instance, a user might hold managerial responsibilities at one property while performing relief work at another.

This flexibility allows for tailored access permissions based on the user's role and responsibilities at each location.

When the user logs into RMS, they will be prompted to select which Property/Access level they are logging in with for the session.

This is only applicable to Enterprise databases where there are 2 or more properties on the same database.

In RMS, go to Setup > Users > User Information.

Select an existing User and choose 'Edit'.
Navigate to the 'Profiles' tab.
Select 'Add'.
Select the required Security Profile.
Select the required Properties. (And Categories/Room Types if applicable)
Save/Exit.
The user will now have multiple properties and security profiles associated with their User Information.
Save/Exit.

The next time this user logs into RMS, they will be asked to choose which Security Profile they would like to use for this login.
