Security setup in RMS includes Password Management, Two-Factor Authentication, Restricted IP Addresses and more.
To access these settings, System Administrators will need to ensure their Security Profile has access to these functions.

User Information
Before we start, we will need to know Who the System Administrator is and What their Security Profile is.
You can check who the System Administrator is by:

Searching for Contacts in the Side Menu of RMS
or - In the Side Menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Contacts.
Here, you will find:
- The Primary System Administrator
- Any Additional System Administrator(s)
- Additional System Administrators are General Contacts with the Contact Type of System Administrator.
Once you have the Names of the System Administrators, you can find their Security Profile by:

Searching for User Information in the Side Menu of RMS
or - In the Side Menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > User Information.
- Here you will find the Security Profile assigned to the System Administrator(s)
You will need to note this for the next steps.
Setup
In the Side Menu of RMS, Search for Security Profiles or go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles
- Select the 'Edit' icon on the System Administrator's Security Profile.
This is the Security Profile found in the previous steps.
- Expand the 'Setup' Function Menu.
- Expand the 'Security' Setup Menu.
- Select 'Allow' as 'Yes' on the Function 'Security'
Two-Factor Administrator is Optional. -
Save/Exit.
⚠ Important Note: You will need to Log Out of RMS and Log Back In for this change to take effect.
System Administrators assigned to this Security Profile will now have access to the Security setup the next time they log in.
