Steps for updating or resetting your password in RMS, including options if you’ve forgotten it.
Overview
Users can update or change their current password while logged into RMS.

The following options will show how to reset your password if you forgot it or change your password while logged into RMS.
⚠ Important: The old password will no longer grant access to RMS.
✎ Please Note: If you can not reset your password, contact your System Administrator for assistance.
Option 1: If You Forgot Your Password
- Go to the RMS Login Page.
- On the login screen, choose ‘Forgot my Password’.
- Enter your Client ID and Username you use to log into RMS.
- Tick the verification box (I’m not a robot)
- Click Reset Password.
- The following message will appear: "An email has been sent to the email address that will allow you to reset your password."
- Check your inbox for the email and click Change Password.
- The link in the email will open the page to set a new password.
- Follow the prompts to create your new password and click Submit.

Option 2: Change Password while Logged in
- Select the 'User' icon.
- Select 'User Details'.
- Select the 'Key' icon.
- Enter your Current Password.
- Enter your New Password.
- Re-enter your New Password.
- Click Save.
