In this article, we will guide you through how to login to RMS.
Information
Before attempting to log in, the Primary System Administrator must create a user account for the staff member.
In RMS, user accounts uniquely identify individuals accessing the system and record the actions they perform while logged in.
Each staff member requiring access to RMS must be set up with their own user account, including individual contact details and a strong, complex password.
User Guide
Go to the RMS login page (app.rmscloud.com) in your preferred web browser.
- Enter your 'RMS Client ID' in the 'Client No' field
(If you don't know what this is, contact your System Administrator or Manager.) - Enter the 'Username'.
- Enter the 'Password'
Select 'Login'.
