Overview
Property Terms and Conditions (T&Cs) are the official rules, policies, and agreements that apply when staying at or booking a Property, such as a hotel, resort, or rental.
They set out the rights and responsibilities of both the guest and the property owner/manager.

What Property T&Cs Usually Cover
- Reservations & Confirmations: How bookings are made, confirmed, and what information is required.
- Cancellation & Refunds: Policies for cancellations by the guest or the property, including deadlines and fees.
- Payments Accepted payment methods, deposit requirements, due dates, and consequences of late or missing payments.
- Check-in / Check-out Rules: Times, procedures, and any penalties for late departures or early arrivals.
- Use of Facilities: Rules for using amenities such as pools, gyms, or hire equipment.
- Guest Responsibilities: Expectations around behaviour, damages, smoking, pets, or noise.
- Property Rights: The property’s right to refuse service, cancel bookings, or enforce safety/security measures.
- Liability & Disclaimers: Limitations on the property’s responsibility for lost items, accidents, or external services.

- For guests: They clarify what you can expect and what’s expected of you.

Guide
In the side menu of the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the 'Notes' tab.
- Enter the property's Terms & Conditions.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
