Assign a Property to a Franchise Group

How to allocate Properties to their Franchise Group in RMS.

 

Overview

Properties allocated to a Franchise Group in RMS will only have access to a Company, Guest, Travel Agent or Wholesaler in the same Franchise Group.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

  1. Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.

  2. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
  3. Select the required Franchise Group Name.
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
