Online Options - T&Cs\Policies Tab

Information

The RMS Booking Engine will use the Terms & Conditions setup on the Property unless a separate set of terms is configured in Online Options.
Separate Cancellation Policy and Pet Policies can be configured for the RMS Booking Engine.
The Pet Policy allows Properties accommodating pets to specify terms, conditions or fees.

✎ Please note: Changes made to T&Cs and Policies can take up to 24 hours to be reflected on the  RMS Booking Engine.

Guide

Go to Setup > Online Bookings > Online Options.

  1. Navigate to the T&C\Policies tab.
  2. Enter the Online Booking Terms & Conditions.
  3. Enter a Cancellation Policy (Optional).
    Select the Policy Type.
  4. Enter a Pet Policy (Optional).
  5. Select Save/Exit.
