How to delete an Interactive Map from the RMS Booking Engine.

 

Overview

Online Interactive Maps are a visual way for your guests to choose and book their site or room directly from your RMS Booking Engine.

While RMS is required to upload the map file for new or updated maps, a Property can delete a map without needing assistance from RMS.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Charts > Interactive Map.

  1. Select the Property (Optional).

  2. Select Map Management.

  3. Select View Online Files.

  4. Select the required Map.

  5. Select Delete.

⚠ Warning: Please note that deleting a Map cannot be undone. If RMS is required to upload the map file again, there may be additional charges.
