Information on the integration between RMS and TrustYou, including how to activate the module, request API credentials, and complete the connection setup.
Overview
TrustYou CDP is a Customer Data Platform (CDP) that consolidates guest profile and reservation data from RMS to power personalised guest communications and marketing. The integration enables properties to engage guests at key moments throughout the stay journey, from booking confirmation through to post-stay review follow-up.
The TrustYou integration is delivered as a module that you activate from the Module Market. Once the module is active, the TrustYou team uses property-specific credentials supplied by RMS to complete the connection from their side.
Before you begin
Before activating the TrustYou integration, make sure you have:
- An active or planned subscription with TrustYou.
- Access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market. Only the user listed as the System Administrator on the database can activate modules.
- The ability to Submit a Support Ticket to RMS Customer Support to request API credentials.
How the integration works
- TrustYou connects to RMS using the RMS REST API and subscribes to reservation and guest profile webhooks to receive real-time updates.
- During onboarding, TrustYou completes an initial historical reservation pull and a lookup data sync.
- Guest and reservation data is then synchronised on an ongoing basis.
- TrustYou operates in read mode only: no data is written back to RMS.
Supported functionality
When connected to RMS, TrustYou supports the following functionality:

- Guest Profile sync

- Pre-arrival
