Overview
Ramsi is an AI-powered revenue management platform designed for hotels, resorts, and hotel management companies. It integrates with RMS to retrieve reservation, occupancy, rate, and inventory data, using this information to generate optimised pricing recommendations that help properties stay competitive and maximise revenue without the complexity of traditional revenue management systems.
How it works
Ramsi connects to RMS via the REST API to regularly pull reservation, rate, availability, and occupancy data. This data feeds Ramsi's AI-driven pricing engine, which analyses performance and generates pricing recommendations. Where configured, Ramsi can also push approved rate adjustments back into RMS.

When connected to RMS, Ramsi supports:
- Automated pricing recommendations based on Best Available Rate (BAR), occupancy, and inventory data
- Incremental reservation data retrieval and analysis
- Rate and availability grid retrieval
- Occupancy and performance reporting
- Rate adjustment submission to RMS
- Market segment and category data retrieval
- Group allotment data retrieval
- Portfolio-level reporting and analytics for management groups

How to connect

Activate the Ramsi integration module
Go to the Module Market and activate the Ramsi integration module. -
Request API credentials
Once the module has been activated, Submit a Support Ticket to the RMS Customer Support team to request the following:- Client ID
- Webservice Password

Provide the credentials to the Ramsi team to complete configuration and testing.
