Myma.ai is an AI chatbot built for the hospitality industry. When activated as a module in RMS, it integrates with the property to provide live rates and availability to guests around the clock, reducing call volume and supporting direct conversion across web, messaging, voice, and social channels.
The Myma.ai integration is delivered as a module that you activate from the Module Market. Once active, the Myma.ai team uses property-specific credentials supplied by RMS to complete the connection from their side.
Before you begin
Before activating the Myma.ai integration, make sure you have:
- An active or planned subscription with Myma.ai.
- Access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market. Only the user listed as the System Administrator on the database can activate modules.
- The ability to Submit a Support Ticket to RMS Customer Support if API credentials are required.
Functionality
When the Myma.ai AI Chatbot module is connected to RMS, the chatbot can:
- Answer guest questions about availability and rates using live data from RMS.
- Provide 24/7 automated guest engagement across multiple channels, reducing inbound call volume and after-hours workload.
- Direct interested guests to the property's booking flow.
- Surface property information, frequently asked questions, and policies that have been provided to the Myma.ai knowledge base.
How the integration works
- Myma.ai connects to RMS to retrieve live availability, rates, and reservation context for the property.
- This data powers the AI conversations the chatbot has with guests, so quotes and answers reflect what the property actually has on sale.
- Connection setup is completed by the Myma.ai team using credentials issued by RMS once the module is active.
How to activate the Myma.ai integration
