This article explains the NetCarrots Guest Loyalty integration with RMS, what it does for properties, and how to activate the module from the Module Market.

Overview

NetCarrots is a loyalty program platform built for the hospitality industry. When connected to RMS, the integration allows properties to enrol guests in the NetCarrots loyalty program, automatically share stay transaction data at departure, and search for a guest's loyalty record - all from within RMS.

The NetCarrots Guest Loyalty integration is delivered as a module activated from the Module Market. The module must be activated per property.

Before you begin

Before activating the NetCarrots integration, make sure you have:

• An active subscription or agreement with NetCarrots.
• Access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market. Only the user listed as the System Administrator on the database can activate modules.

Functionality

When the NetCarrots Guest Loyalty module is active, the integration supports three functions between RMS and the NetCarrots platform:

• Guest Enrolment - staff can enrol guests in the NetCarrots loyalty program directly from within RMS.
• Transaction Sharing at Departure - when a guest checks out, RMS sends stay transaction data to NetCarrots so loyalty points or rewards can be calculated.
• Guest Loyalty Search - staff can search for a guest's loyalty record to view their NetCarrots loyalty status from within RMS.

Activation

1. Activate the NetCarrots Guest Loyalty module
   Go to the Module Market and activate the Guest Loyalty (Property) NetCarrots module.
2. Select the Configuration icon on the Module Market for NetCarrots, and enter the following credentials (provided by NetCarrots) -
   FTP URL
   Username
   Password
   Property Code
3. Complete setup with NetCarrots
   Once the module is active, contact the NetCarrots team to complete the connection from their side.
