This article explains what the Netroomz Website - REST API module does and how to activate it via the Module Market in RMS.
Overview
The Website - REST API - Netroomz module is available in the RMS Module Market and enables your property to exchange data with the Netroomz platform.
Once active, the connection allows Netroomz to read availability and rate data from your RMS database and push reservations directly into RMS.
Netroomz offers two integration paths that use this module:
- Netroomz IBE - Netroomz's own internet booking engine, allowing guests to book directly on a property-branded or Netroomz-hosted booking page.
- Freeloader Channel Manager - Netroomz's channel management product for distributing inventory across multiple online booking sites.

Prerequisites
- A Security Profile with System Administrator or Manager level access is required to activate modules in the Module Market.
- An active Netroomz account is required. Visit netroomz.com.au to get started with Netroomz.
Activating the Module
To activate the Netroomz Website - REST API module in RMS:
- In the RMS side menu, go to Module Market.
- Locate the Website - REST API tile under the Netroomz partner. You can type "Netroomz" in the search box to filter the results.
- Select More Info on the Netroomz tile to view the module details and activation options.
- Select the properties you want to activate the module for.
- Review and accept the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Activate to submit the activation request to RMS.
Channel Mapping
Once the module is active, contact Netroomz to notify them. Netroomz will provide the login credentials you need to complete the Channel Connection setup.
- Contact Netroomz directly to advise that the module has been activated on your RMS account.
- Netroomz will provide you with a login and password for your account.
- Once you have received your Netroomz login credentials, complete the Channel Connection setup for Netroomz in Setup > Online Bookings > Channel Management.
