The integration is one-way: Inex Technologies pulls reservation and guest data from RMS via the REST API. No data is sent from Inex Technologies back to RMS.

How it works
Inex Technologies' IZCloud platform pulls reservation, guest, and vehicle registration data from RMS via the REST API. When a guest's number plate is recorded against their reservation in RMS, IZCloud uses that data to automate gate access when the vehicle arrives. This removes the need for manual gate checks and enables touchless entry for registered guests.
The integration also manages access for employees, vendors, and other authorised visitors by matching vehicles against pre-registered details, with real-time alerts generated when recognised vehicles approach the gate.

Enable the Licence Number field in Field Maintenance
The integration relies on guest number plate details stored in RMS. The Licence Number field must be enabled for Guest Details so that guests' vehicle registration numbers can be captured against their profile.

How to connect
The Inex Technologies integration is activated through the Module Market. No username or password is required from the RMS side.
- Go to the Module Market in RMS.
- Locate the Automatic Number Plate Recognition tile (Inex Technologies).
- Select the tile and choose which properties to enable the integration for.
- Review and agree to the terms and conditions to activate the module.
