Canary Technologies is a guest experience and kiosk platform for hospitality operators, designed to support contactless check-in, guest self-service, and modern digital guest journeys. Once activated in RMS, the Canary Technologies team uses the supplied RMS Client ID and Webservice Password to establish the connection from their side and configure data flow between the two systems.
When integrated with RMS, Canary Technologies enables properties to streamline guest arrival and on-property workflows using live reservation and guest data.
The integration also supports secure payment collection via RMS Pay as part of the check-in and guest journey, where required.

Before connecting Canary Technologies, make sure you have an active or planned subscription with Canary Technologies, access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market and submit a support ticket to RMS Customer Support.

To enable the Canary Technologies integration, the following must be in place:
- Enable the Canary Technologies module for RMS property
- RMS Pay MUST be enabled if using payment features
- RMS client credentials must be provided to Canary Technologies (RMS Client ID and Webservice Password)
