Setup Security Profile access for Guest Rewards in RMS.
Overview
Access to Guest Loyalty enables users to setup new Promotions, blackout dates, and Loyalty Levels or adjust a guest's Reward Points.
Security Profiles determine the features and functions a User has access to when operating in RMS.
Guest Loyalty by Points is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program that can be managed in RMS.
The loyalty program is a points system that can have point accrual, redemption, and depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.
Guests can be enrolled in the Guest Rewards program directly from the Guest Profile in RMS or enrol themselves via the Guest Portal.
★ Hint: After saving changes to Security Profiles, Users should log out of RMS and then log back in to ensure the database updates and reflects the modifications

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Users > Security Profiles.
- Select
'Edit' on an existing Security Profile.
- Expand the 'Loyalty/Rewards' Function menu.
- Click No/Yes text to change to Allow access for each function
- Expand the 'Report Screens' Function Menu.
- Expand the 'Management Reports' Menu.
- Scroll down to 'Guests Loyalty Credits'
- Click No/Yes text to change to Allow access to this function
- Select Save/Exit.
