Setup loyalty reward tiers when using the Guest Loyalty by Points module in RMS.
Overview
Reward Levels enable properties using the Guest Loyalty by Points module to set varying reward point tiers for enrolled guests.
The Guest's Loyalty Points balance within the previous 12 months is used to determine their Reward Level and qualify them for the entered point multiplier.
Guests will automatically change to the Reward Level once the Minimum Points to acquire within 12 Months is reached.
The Reward Level can be viewed on the Guest Profile, In/Out Movements, Booking Chart Data Window, and Housekeeping Clean Screen.
★ Tip: Guests enrolled in the Guest Rewards program with a point balance greater than the minimum entered will instantly accumulate reward points using the multiplier entered.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Guest Rewards > Reward Levels.
- Select Add.
- Enter the Level Description.
- Enter a Point Multiplier.
The Minimum Point Balance is used to qualify a guest to receive the point multiplier for this Loyalty Level. - Enter the Minimum Point Balance.
- Select Save/Exit.

Repeat for all Reward Levels.
