Setup dates to be excluded from reward point accumulation when using Guest Rewards in RMS.

Overview

Exclusion Dates are dates that will be excluded from point accumulation when using the Guest Rewards module in RMS.

Guest Loyalty by Points is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program that can be managed in RMS.

The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption and depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.

Guests can be enrolled in the Guest Loyalty program in RMS or enrol themselves on the RMS Booking Engine or in the Guest Portal.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Loyalty > Black Out.

1. Select 'Add'.
   
    
2. Enter a Description.
3. Select the Start Date.
4. Select the End Date.
5. Select Save/Exit.
   
    
6. Repeat if more Black Out dates are required.
