Reporting on Guest Loyalty by Points activity in RMS.
Overview
Guest Loyalty by Points is an optional module that offers a loyalty points program, which can be managed within RMS.
The loyalty program is a points system that can have point Accrual, Redemption, and Depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Loyalty > Activity Report.
- Select the required Date Range.
- Select 'Build'.
More Information
The Activity Report will include:
- Transaction/Action Date
- Description
- Original Amount
- Transaction Value
- Transaction Type (Points or Money)
- Redeemed
- Campaign ID
- Campaign Name
- RMS Adjustment
- RMS User
- Additional Information
- Account Code
- Card Number
- Guest First Name
- Guest Last Name
- Guest Email Address
