Guest Loyalty by Points: rewards balance report

Reporting on Guest Loyalty Rewards Balances in RMS.

 

Overview 

The Guest Loyalty Rewards by Points Balance Report will include all properties within the database whenever generated.

✎ Please Note: RMS is highly configurable. Some Terminology, User Access & Permissions, Images, Labels, and Functions used in these articles may differ from your setup. CLICK HERE to find out more.

 

 

★ Hint: The Guest Loyalty by Points module must be activated to use this report. This module can be activated in the Module Market.

 

Information

The Balance Report will include:

  • Guest Name
  • Loyalty Card Number
  • Guest Email Address
  • Guest Reward Points Earned
  • Guest Reward Points Redeemed
  • Guest Reward Point Balance

 

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Loyalty > Balance Report.

  1. Select 'Build'.
