Reporting on Guest Loyalty Rewards Balances in RMS.

Overview 

The Guest Loyalty Rewards by Points Balance Report will include all properties within the database whenever generated.

Tip! The Guest Loyalty by Points module must be activated to use this report. This module can be activated in the Module Market.

Information

The Balance Report will include:

• Guest Name
• Loyalty Card Number
• Guest Email Address
• Guest Reward Points Earned
• Guest Reward Points Redeemed
• Guest Reward Point Balance

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Loyalty > Balance Report.
