How to Enrol a Guest in the Guest Rewards Program in RMS

 

Overview

The Guest Rewards module in RMS allows properties to offer a customizable points-based loyalty program. The system supports flexible configuration of point accrual, redemption, and depreciation, tailored to suit your property's specific requirements.

Guests can be enrolled in the Guest Rewards program in the following ways:

 

⚠ Important: Guests must have a valid email address recorded in their profile before they can be enrolled in the Guest Rewards program.

Visual Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Guest Search > Locate the Guest Profile.

  1. Navigate to the Loyalty menu.

  2. Click the Enrol icon.

  3. Select Yes to confirm the enrollment.

★ Tip: The guest will be assigned a Loyalty Number and will begin earning Reward Points for each dollar spent during their stays at the property.

Loyalty Fields

When enabled via Field Maintenance, the Loyalty fields on a guest’s profile will display:

  • Current Loyalty Level

  • Points Balance

  • Loyalty Number
