Setup the number of days after departure, Reward Points are applied to a Guest Profile in RMS.
Overview
The Accrual Period determines when reward points will update on an enrolled guest's membership when using the Guest Loyalty by Points module in RMS.
Guest Loyalty by Points is an optional module that provides a loyalty points program that can be managed in RMS.
The loyalty program is a points system that can have the point accrual, redemption and depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.
Guests can be enrolled on the Guest Rewards program in RMS or enrol themselves on the RMS Booking Engine or in the Guest Portal.
Loyalty Points are credited to the Guest Profile based on the configured number of days after departure.
Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the 'Loyalty Guest Rewards' tab.
- Select the Credit Note for Redemption.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
