Overview
HiJiffy is a guest messaging and AI chatbot platform for hospitality businesses. Once activated in RMS, the HiJiffy team uses the supplied RMS Client ID and Webservice Password to establish the connection from their side and configure data flow between the two systems.
When integrated with RMS, HiJiffy uses live reservation and guest information to trigger and personalise communication via WhatsApp, SMS, and email, supporting automated pre-arrival, during stay, and post-stay messaging.
Before you begin
Before connecting HiJiffy, make sure you have an active or planned subscription with HiJiffy, access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market and submit a support ticket to RMS Customer Support.
