Overview
GuestRevu is a guest feedback and review platform designed for hospitality businesses that want to better understand and improve the guest experience through automated surveys and insightful reporting. Once activated in RMS, the GuestRevu team uses the supplied RMS Client ID and Webservice Password to establish the connection from their side and configure data flow between the two systems.
When integrated with RMS, GuestRevu connects to reservation and guest data to automatically send surveys at key stages of the guest journey. This allows properties to collect structured feedback, monitor guest sentiment, and gain actionable insights through consolidated reports and AI-driven analysis.
Before you begin
Before connecting GuestRevu, make sure you have an active or planned subscription with GuestRevu, access in RMS to activate modules from the Module Market and submit a support ticket to RMS Customer Support.
Supported Functionality
When connected to RMS, GuestRevu supports the following functionality:
- Automatically sends guest surveys based on reservation status
- Sends surveys at key points in the guest journey:
- Pre-stay (before arrival)
- During the stay
- Post-stay (after departure)
- Uses Guest Profile details from RMS to deliver surveys
- Consolidates feedback into reporting dashboards
- Provides AI-driven insights into guest experience trends
- Supports multi-property operations
How the Integration Works
- GuestRevu connects to RMS to receive reservation updates
- Based on the reservation status, GuestRevu automatically triggers the appropriate guest survey
- Feedback responses are collected and displayed in GuestRevu’s reporting dashboards
- No data is sent back into RMS from GuestRevu
RMS Setup Requirements
To enable the GuestRevu integration, the following must be configured in RMS:
- The property must have valid Guest Profile email addresses recorded for survey delivery
For example, after a guest checks out, GuestRevu can use live RMS reservation data to send a feedback request and capture the response against the correct stay.

Activate GuestRevu Integration Module
Go to the Module Market and activate the GuestRevu integration module.-
Request API Credentials
Once the module has been activated, submit a support ticket to the RMS Customer Support team to request the following:RMS Client ID
Webservice Password
Complete Setup
Provide the credentials to the GuestRevu team to complete configuration and testing.
