Information on the RMS and ReviewPro integration.
Overview
This article explains how ReviewPro survey data is used in RMS and how to view a guest’s latest Net Promoter Score (NPS) and survey history.
ReviewPro allows properties to customise surveys, helping identify strengths and areas for improvement. Surveys can also be sent at various stages of the guest's stay.
When enabled for your property, the ReviewPro integration:
Integrates completed ReviewPro survey responses into RMS
Easily accessible results via the Survey Results screen in RMS
This allows your team to quickly see how a guest rated their stay and respond accordingly.
Both Departure and In-Stay survey types are sent to all Guest Profiles associated with the reservation.
How to use NPS data in your operations
Here are some practical ways to use the ReviewPro information in RMS:

Flag at‑risk guests (Detractors)
Use NPS Ranking = Detractor to prioritise follow‑up calls or emails.
Check the History tab to read the guest’s comments before contacting them.

Encourage reviews from Promoters
Filter or report on NPS Ranking = Promoter and invite those guests to leave public reviews.

Monitor recent feedback
Use the Last Survey Completed Date to see who has given recent feedback and ensure issues are resolved promptly.

Once complete, follow the steps below in RMS.
RMS Module Activation
On the side of the menu, go to Module Market.
- Select Available.
- Select Module Type 'CRM\Marketing'.
- Select the Toggle to activate.
- Read the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Activate Digital Marketing.
- Select Activated.
- Select Configuration.
- Select Configuration.
- Enter the API Key (provided by ReviewPro).
- Enter the API Secret (provided by ReviewPro).
- Select Get Surveys.
- Select the required In-Stay Survey.
- Select the required Departure Survey.
- Select Save\Exit.
Property Information Setup
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select Edit on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the Features tab.
- Select the checkbox for Use ReviewPro.
- Enter the Username (provided by ReviewPro).
- Enter the Password (provided by ReviewPro).
- Enter the API Key (provided by ReviewPro).
- Enter the API Secret (provided by ReviewPro).
- Select Get Surveys.
- Select the Departure Survey.
- Select Save\Exit.
Survey Results
Survey results can be viewed directly on the ReviewPro platform or within RMS.
In the side menu of RMS, go to Utilities > Survey Results Screen.
- Select the Survey.
- Select the Date Range.
- Select the Report By option.

Select Retrieve Results.
