How to Setup the BIG4 Membership Expiry Field in RMS.

Overview

RMS can integrate with the BIG4 Membership database, allowing Users to search for existing Members and view their reservation history, eligible Discounts, and revenue contributions.

Guest System Labels are additional fields that can be used to capture and manage extra information for reservations in your system. 

These labels allow you to customise and categorise guest data in a way that fits your property's specific needs. 

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Labels.

1. Navigate to the Guest tab.
2. Enter Membership Expiry in Field 16.
3. Select Save/Exit.
