BIG4 Membership Fee - Sundry Charge

Setup a membership fee Sundry Charge in RMS.

 

Overview

RMS can integrate with the BIG4 Membership database, allowing Users to search for existing Members and view their reservation history, eligible Discounts, and revenue contributions.

✎ Please Note: RMS is highly configurable. Some Terminology, User Access & Permissions, Images, Labels, and Functions used in these articles may differ from your setup. CLICK HERE to find out more.

 

 

★ Tip: The Unit Price for the Membership Fee should be left as 0.00. The current membership fee will be provided by BIG4 when creating a new member in RMS.

 

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Accounting > Sundry.

  1. Select 'Add'.

  2. Enter the Description.
  3. Select the General Ledger Account Code.
  4. Select the GST Type 'Full GST Applies'.

  5. Select 'Save\Exit'.
