BIG4 Membership Renewal Overview

This guide provides step-by-step instructions for BIG4 properties using RMS to renew an expired BIG4 Membership directly within a reservation. Renewing the membership updates the guest's BIG4 Member record and re-links it to the current reservation, so the guest's membership benefits continue to apply.

After renewing the membership, select 'Temporary Card' on the Membership screen to print a temporary membership card for the guest.

Renewing a BIG4 Membership

To renew a BIG4 Membership, open the reservation the guest holds and follow these steps in the Guest Details section.

In the Side Menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Make Reservation.

1. Select 'Options' on the Guest Details.
2. Select 'BIG4 Member'.

   

    
3. Enter the Member Number or Guest Details
4. Select 'Lookup'.

   

    
5. Select the Member.
6. Select Save/Exit.

   

    
7. Select 'Renew Member'.

   

    
8. Select the Account and choose 'Ok'.

   

    
9. Select 'Exit' to return to the Reservation.
