BIG4 Membership Interface

How to setup the BIG4 Membership Interface in RMS.

 

Setup

  1. In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information
  2. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
  3. Enter the Licence Number 'BIG4'.
  4. Save.
  5. Navigate to the 'Features' tab.
  6. Select the checkbox 'Use Membership Database'.
  7. Select the Membership Fee Charge.
  8. Save and Exit.
  9. Log out of RMS and... 
  10. Log in to RMS.
  11. In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
  12. Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
  13. Navigate to the 'Options' tab.
  14. Enter the BIG4 Store ID.
  15. Save and Exit.

Visual Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > General Information

Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

Enter the Licence Number 'BIG4'.

Select 'Save' to store the changes made.

Navigate to the 'Features' tab.

Select the checkbox 'Use Membership Database'.

Select the Membership Fee Charge.

Select 'Save' to store the changes made and 'Exit' to leave the setup screen.

★ Tip: Report build screens default to a common use configuration, and selections can be made as required.

 

In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.

Navigate to the 'Options' tab.

Enter the BIG4 Store ID.

Select 'Save' to store the changes made and 'Exit' to leave the setup screen.
