How to Search for an existing BIG4 member on a reservation in RMS.

Overview

BIG4 properties using RMS can follow this guide to look up an existing BIG4 member on a reservation.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > Make Reservation.

1. Select 'Options' on the Guest Details.
2. Select 'BIG4 Member'.
3. Enter the Member Number or Guest Details.
4. Select 'Lookup'.
5. Select the Member.
6. Exit.

Visual Guide

In the RMS Side Menu, go to Reservations > Make Reservation

Select 'Options' on the Guest Details.

Select 'BIG4 Member'.

Enter the Member Number or Guest Details.

Select 'Lookup'.

Select the Member.

Select 'Exit' to return to the Reservation.

The Guest Details will be pre-filled using the information on the selected BIG4 member.
