Add Banking Details to a Property in RMS.

Steps Required
In the RMS side menu, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select a Property and choose 'Edit'.
- Navigate to 'General Bank Account'.
- Enter the Property's Bank Details.

Save/Exit.
• Bank Account 1
The 'Bank Account 1' information will now show on the Tax Invoice Remittance Slip.
(This may not be the case if you have a Custome Tax Invoice)
To remove this from the Tax Invoice Remittance Slip,
In the RMS Side Menu, go to Setup > Accounting > Accounting Options
- Select Tax Invoice
- Select 'Do Not Show Bank Details on Remittance Slip'.

Save & Exit
• Bank Account 2
Bank Account 2 can be included in Correspondence (SMS and Form Letters) as Merge Fields.
To include them in your correspondence, they are found under:
- the Merge Table > Properties
