Additionals Discount Configuration
1. Navigate to Setup > Accounting > Discounts in the side menu.
2. Select the 'Add' icon.
3. Enter a Description.
4. Select the General Ledger Account Code Option.
5. Optional: Select a Grouping.
6. Optional: Enter Length of Stay Restrictions.
7. Select the 'Additionals' Discount Type.
8. Check the box next to the Additionals charge(s) the discount applies to.
9. Enter the Number of Additionals that must be paid before the discount applies.
10. Optional: Check the box for 'Use as RMS Online Promotion'.
11. Select the 'Save' icon.
12. Select Include or Exclude for discount access within the security profiles.
13. Choose the 'Apply' icon.
14. Optional: Select the applicable Property and/or Categories.
15. Optional: Configure Validation Options.
16. Select the 'Save & Exit' icon.

Important Information! If Property/Category and Validation Options are not set, the discount will automatically be available for all rental types on any date. |
