Overview
The Occupancy Report grouped by Company shows one row per Company with their contact details and the count of reservations, nights, occupancy percentage, and revenue contribution for the selected date range. Use this layout to identify the highest-value corporate accounts for follow-up calls, contract reviews, or partnership decisions.

Use Cases
- Corporate account performance review - the Sales Manager runs the report for the previous month or quarter to identify the highest-volume Company accounts, prioritise outreach, and set corporate rate tiers.
- Account-based follow-up - with each Company's contact details on the same row as their reservation and revenue figures, sales can quickly call or email the corporate account about a slowdown or new opportunity without switching screens.
- Identify at-risk accounts - low Total Res or Tariff % share for a Company that historically drives more business is a signal for a retention conversation or contract review.

How to Access
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Statistics > Occupancy. On the Report Options panel set Occupancy By to Company. Select Build.

The columns below appear on the report output when Occupancy By is set to Company. The Source / Calculation column references the concepts under Data Sources & Calculations in the main Occupancy Report article rather than repeating them here.
