Overview
The Occupancy Report grouped by Travel Agent shows one row per Travel Agent with their contact details and the count of reservations, nights, occupancy percentage, and revenue contribution for the selected date range. Use this layout to identify the highest-value agent relationships for follow-up calls, commission reviews, or partnership decisions.

Use Cases
- Agent performance review - the Sales Manager runs the report for the previous month or quarter to identify the highest-volume Travel Agents, prioritise outreach, and set commission tiers.
- Account-based follow-up - with each agent's contact details on the same row as their reservation and revenue figures, sales can quickly call or email an agent about a deal, slowdown, or new opportunity without switching screens.
- Identify underperforming agents - low Total Res or Tariff % share for an agent that historically drives more business is a signal for a retention conversation.
How to Access
In the side menu of RMS, go to Reports > Management > Statistics > Occupancy. On the Report Options panel set Occupancy By to Travel Agent. Select Build.
