The Event List Report provides a simple list of events across one or more properties for a selected date range.
Overview
The Event List Report is a short-format report in the Event Management reporting menu. It lists all events that fall within the selected date range and matches the chosen Event Type filter, making it useful as a daily, weekly or monthly view of the event schedule.
Unlike the detailed Event Orders report, the Event List Report uses a smaller build criteria and returns a single consolidated list so properties can quickly scan upcoming or completed events without producing the full event order document for each one.
Prerequisites
The following setup is required before the Event List Report can be generated:
- Event Management module activated for the property.
- Access to the Event List report enabled in the user's Security Profile under Reports > Event Management.
- At least one Event Reservation created within the selected date range.
Build Screen
The Build Screen lets the user filter the report by date range, Event Type and optionally group the output by a chosen field.
