How to build an Event Order report from an event reservation in RMS.
Overview
The Event Management module in RMS enables properties to efficiently manage bookings for event spaces and seamlessly plan, schedule, and execute events such as conferences, weddings, parties, meetings, and more.
An Event Order is a detailed report that outlines all key information needed to execute a successful event, including the event dates and timelines, attendee numbers, catering and menu details, event areas, layout, and any tasks or services configured against the reservation.
This report serves as a central point of reference for both the event team and the client, helping ensure clear alignment on expectations, responsibilities, and event details.
The guest may sign the Event Order to formally acknowledge and approve the information provided.
The Event Order is generated on demand from the Reports menu within an event reservation and is one of several reports available in the Event Management module.
Other Event Management features include -
- Event Reservation
- Event Layout
- Menus
- Service Providers and equipment needs
