A guide to creating a Event Runsheet when using the Event Management module in RMS.
Overview
The Event Management module in RMS enables properties to efficiently manage bookings for event spaces and seamlessly plan, schedule, and execute events such as conferences, weddings, parties, meetings, and more.
★ Tip: A subscription to the Event Management module is required to use this feature.
An Event Runsheet (also called the Task List) is a detailed timeline and plan that outlines everything that needs to happen before, during, and after an event.
This report is ideal for providing a summary of event tasks, without including any agreement details or client signature sections.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select 'Event Management'.
- Select 'Reports'.
- Select 'Task List'.
(Where more than one Event Reservation and Event Area has been booked within a Master Reservation, select the Event Itinerary and choose 'Go to Event').
- Select Group By as 'Date/Time'.
- Select 'Include Tasks Set to Runsheet Only'.
- Select the required Event Areas.
- Select 'Build'.
