Adding a Task to an Event reservation in RMS.
Overview
The Event Management module in RMS enables properties to efficiently manage bookings for event spaces and seamlessly plan, schedule, and execute events such as conferences, weddings, parties, meetings, and more.
A Master Task is a general description of services required for the event e.g Setup, lunch, and AV equipment.
✎ Please Note: A subscription to the Event Management module is required to use this feature.

Guide
Open the Reservation in RMS.
- Select 'Event Management'.
- Select 'Tasks'.
- Select 'Add Task'.
- Select a Master Task.
- Enter the Task PAX.
- Select the Event Area.
- Select the Event Start\End Day and Time for this Task.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
(Complete steps 3-8 for any required Tasks).
Select the Service Provider, Sundry or Groups tabs if needing to add additional information).
