How to copy multiple reservations on In/Out Movements in RMS.

Overview

Bulk Copy is a tool available on In/Out Movements to duplicate multiple reservations at the same time.

Change of Category or Area is not available when using the Bulk Copy tool.

Copy Reservation is a feature available on the Reservation Screen and Booking Chart to duplicate one reservation with the guest and reservation details to new stay dates.

Copied Reservations will be assigned unique Reservation Numbers and Account Numbers unless using the option to share the Account between copies.

To use the same Account Number between copied reservations, the option must first be enabled in setup.

Master Reservations have the option of being copied with all existing accounts or only the selected Master account.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Reservations > In/Out Movements.

1. Select the Date Range.
2. Select the Filter View.
3. Select the Reservations to copy.
4. Select 'Options'.
5. Select 'Bulk Copy'.
   
    
6. Select the Arrive and Depart Dates.
   Select Exclude Departed Reservations (Optional)'.
   Select Copy Charge Redirection Rules (Optional).
7. Select 'Copy'.
