How to update the Reservation Data when using the Revenue Management module in RMS.
Overview
When using the Revenue Management module in RMS, data may need to be re‑synced with the third party due to issues such as system outages, failed synchronisations, or configuration changes.

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.
- Select 'Edit' on an existing Property.
- Navigate to the 'Rate Manager' tab.
- Select 'Re-Sync All Rate Manager Data'.
- Select 'Proceed' to continue.
- Enter the Daily Password.
- Select 'Ok'.
A notification will display once the process is complete.
