Guest Classification helps properties group guests based on characteristics like stay history, preferences or booking type.
This allows Users to personalise service, target marketing more effectively, and streamline operations for a better overall guest experience.
The Classification field can be made active within Field Maintenance.
Report Writer can filter and search results based on associated Guest Classifications.

★ Tip: Classifications need to be set up in the Lookup Tables before they can be assigned to a Guest Profile.

Guide
Open the Guest Profile in RMS.
- Select 'Classification'.
- Select the Guest Classifications.
- Choose '>' to assign Classifications.
- Select 'Apply'.
