Overview
Guest Classification enables properties to group Guests based on key attributes such as stay history, preferences, and booking type.
This strategic segmentation allows Users to:
- Personalise service based on guest expectations
- Target marketing campaigns more effectively
- Streamline operations by anticipating guest needs

Guide
In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Lookup Tables > Classification.
- Select 'Add'.
- Enter the name of the Classification.
- Select 'Save/Exit'.
