How to reverse a redemption when using the Guest Rewards Loyalty by Points module in RMS.
Overview
Guest Rewards is an optional module that offers a loyalty points program, which can be managed within RMS.
The Guest Loyalty by Points program is a points system that can have point accrual, redemption, and depreciation tailored to suit the property's requirements.
Guests can be enrolled in the Guest Rewards program within RMS or enroll themselves on the RMS Booking Engine or in the Guest Portal.
If Loyalty Points are redeemed in error, the transaction can be reversed. Guest Reward Points will be returned to the Guest Account for future redemption once the transaction has been voided in RMS.

Guide
Open the Account in RMS.
- Right-click the Guest Rewards Unassigned Credit Note.
- Select 'Void Transaction'.
- Select a Void Reason.
- Select 'Void Transaction'.
