Property Mobile Number

Information on adding a Mobile Number to Property Information in RMS.

Overview

The mobile number entered in Property Information will be used as the sender number when using the 1-Way SMS module in RMS.

The 2-Way SMS module uses a separate virtual mobile number that enables replies to be received directly into the Message Centre.

Guide

In the side menu of RMS, go to Setup > Property Options > Property Information.

  1. Select Edit on an existing Property.

  2. Navigate to the Property Information tab.
  3. Enter the Property Mobile Number (including Country code).
  4. Select 'Save/Exit'.
